Creating 'Petal Perfect' Properties

In the spring of 2009 late Arch Brown met with Continental Estates Services to discuss the current condition of his estate.  After a careful analysis and discussion of the state of the property, Continental Estates Services was employed to perform a full spring clean up and then subsequently employed to perform ongoing maintenance throughout the season.  The initial clean up of the property included an extensive renovation and removal of debris remaining from the previous season as well as significant trimming and restoration needed to damaged garden materials and trees. Overgrown shrubbery was removed and/or severely pruned back, the rose garden was restored and garbage and debris taken away. The subsequent weekly service to the property included the lawns being cut and trimmed and fertilized and the gardens re-established to their former beauty.  Due to these efforts, the Brown’s generous donation of their home to the Estate on the Bay fundraiser event in September was possible.  The Browns and the United Way of Simcoe County were able to enjoy a property that was 'pteal perfect' for this special event.
